Housing market's woes could get even worse

The median house price is now about where it was in February of 2004. In other words, if you bought a house after Februay 2004 it is now worth less than what you paid for it.

This article also talks about the number of jobs lost in 2008. Looks to me like we'll lose 2 million jobs in 2008 by the end of the year.

Another Blog

Greetings, people. Yes, this is another blog. My main blog has been my family website at http://www.lyonscom.net/. Since it is a family website I have limited what I post there. This blog, however, will contain my rants and ramblings that I have refrained from sharing thus far.

To jump right in with a rant, why is the internet so impersonal? Why are we so inundated with information that we suffer from information overload? Isn't it much better to interact with people directly?

Thanks to the snow and church being canceled we got to visit with our neighbors up the street. It was great to see and fellowship with other Christians right here in our own neighborhood. Maybe all is not lost yet!
